Digital purchases

Bowledge, Cyprus, sells digital guides, references and tools. No physical parcel is shipped, and you do not need to post an item back to request a refund.

60-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Bowledge purchase, email hello@bowledge.com within 60 days of purchase to request a refund. Use the email address from your order and include your order number if available so we can locate the purchase.

We reply within 8 hours. Once approved, we process your refund within 7 business days using the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the refund.

Missing files or access problems

If you cannot find your download email, receive an incorrect file or have an app access problem, contact us so we can help. Email is open 24/7.

Cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible if you placed an order by mistake. This does not limit your 60-day money-back guarantee.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content or services that are not supplied or do not conform to the contract.
